TRACK LAYOUT 2022

In the steaming bays, there are 240, 24, and 12 volt supplies, demineralized water, and coal (water and coal are also available at the station). Locomotives can be unloaded by a lifting turntable; this also moves locomotives onto the track that feeds onto the main track. There will be members to operate these for you.

There are eight main signals on the track:

  1. red/green, just before the bendy beam
  2. red/green, at the entrance to the tunnel
  3. red/green, after the large bridge
  4. double amber, opposite the steaming bays
  5. red/amber, on approach to the signal box
  6. red/green, at the signal box
  7. red/amber, in the station
  8. red/amber/green, at the exit end of the station

The signals are automatic, and may display a stop (red), caution (amber), or go (green) aspect.
